When you contact us

You can reach us by WhatsApp on 97856612. This site has no contact form and no email address. What you send us, such as your name, number, car model and the problem with your car, is used only to reply to you and to give you the service you asked for.

When you book online

Online booking runs on a separate booking page at sggarageedwin.as.me, provided by an online scheduling service. The details you enter there are used only to arrange and manage your appointment.

Counting taps on our buttons

We count how often visitors tap the WhatsApp and booking buttons and other contact links, so we can see which pages help people get in touch. Each tap sends one small record to our dashboard: which kind of button was tapped and its text, the page it was tapped on, whether the device is a phone or a computer, the site you came from and any campaign tag in the link, whether you came from an ad (not the ad click code), how many pages you viewed and how long you had been on the site, your screen size, time zone and browser language, and two random codes: one that lasts only while your browser tab is open, and one kept in your browser so repeat visits from the same browser can be counted. The record is stored with the time of the tap.

The tap counter does not send or store your name, phone number or message. The WhatsApp message and the booking itself go through WhatsApp and the booking page, not through this counter. The counter does not use cookies.

Maps, fonts, images and server logs

Our homepage shows a Google Map of the workshop, and the text fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google for them. Some photos are loaded from image hosting services. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

No selling of data

We do not sell your details or give them to advertisers.

Your rights under the PDPA

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. To ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or to have them corrected or removed, WhatsApp us on 97856612 and ask for Edwin.
